What is your cancellation Policy?
A 24-hour cancellation notice is required. Late cancellations will be charged in full (product only, no tax or delivery fee).

CC, charged day of event. House Account?
Is Tip included Delivery/Full Service events? Gratuity is not included but would be greatly appreciated.
Are plates, napkins, and utilities included with the order?
All catering orders come with serving utensils. Eating utensils, napkins, and plates are $1 total per person

Is there an order minimum?
There is no minimum for pick-up orders, but a $250 minimum for all delivery orders.

How far in advance do I need to place my order?
Same day and next day Delivery or Pick-up options are available for orders under $300. However, we do prefer 24 hours notice for all catering deliveries to ensure availability and preferred delivery time. On-site staff for events requires a minimum of 48 hours notice.
What containers will the food come in?
Our buffet items are served in disposable aluminum pans and trays; perfect for leftovers and easy clean up. Should you want to keep your food hot throughout your event, we have wire-chaffing dishes and sternos available for purchase. This is for both pick-up orders and delivery.
